All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any hair products once they have been shipped.
Eligible Returns
A return or replacement may be approved only if:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order arrived damaged.
- An item is missing from your order.
To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Conditions for Approval
Products must:
- Remain unused and uninstalled
- Be in their original condition
- Have all tags, packaging, and ties intact
Any hair that has been:
- Installed
- Worn
- Combed
- Brushed
- Cut
- Colored
- Bleached
- Altered in any way
will not qualify for a refund, exchange, or replacement.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled.
Shipping Errors
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Carrier delays outside of our control
