How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 7 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days. Please allow 10–14 business days total for your order to arrive.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an incorrect item was received.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
How many bundles do I need for a full install?
- 12”–16”: 2–3 bundles
- 18”–24”: 3 bundles
- 26” and longer: 4 or more bundles recommended
Can I dye or bleach the hair?
Yes. Our hair can be professionally colored, bleached, and styled. We recommend using a licensed stylist for the best results.
How long does the hair last?
With proper care and maintenance, our hair can last 1 year or longer.
Does the hair shed?
Minimal shedding is normal. Proper installation and maintenance will help reduce shedding and extend the life of the hair.
Can I use heat on the hair?
Yes. Our hair can be curled, straightened, and styled with heat tools. Always use a heat protectant to maintain quality.
Do you offer local delivery or pickup?
Local delivery or meet-up options may be available depending on your location. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
